Put your staff to the ultimate test with our mental fitness one day team challenge
It used to be said that we only use 10% of our brain, leaving the rest as an untapped well of potential. Although science has now proven that we do, in fact, use all of our brain, it is still true that many of us aren’t performing at our mental best. If you’re tired of foggy thinking leading to poor productivity or you believe that your staff could do with a mental pick me up, then our Mental Fitness One Day Team Challenge is just the boost you’re looking for.
What does it involve?
Working in collaboration with Sean M Kelly of www.MindTraining.ie, Kippure Corporate has put together a programme designed to expand your team’s mental horizons and equip them with the tools they need to improve their mental performance.
Sean M Kelly was previously ranked in the top ten of the World Memory Championships, so he really knows how to train the mind to its highest potential. He now works internationally with a wide range of firms and industries to improve the mental fitness of corporations of across the globe. Kippure Corporate have combined their expertise in running outdoor team events with Kelly’s understanding of how to get the most out of your mind to bring you a programme that really works.
The Mental Fitness One Day Team Challenge is an engaging, interactive and inspirational day for everyone who participates. We’ll divide your staff into teams who will compete against each other in the ultimate test of mental fitness to see who comes out on top.
We’ll give you indoor instruction on the secret behind improving your mental performance across a range of areas, including memory, creativity, concentration, problem solving and learning. You get to put what you learn into practice with a selection of challenging outdoor tasks throughout the day until all the scores are tallied and the winning team is crowned.
Regardless of whether your team wins or loses, by the end of the day, everyone will have improved their mental fitness and team working abilities – and had a great time!
